Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern delegate registration, exhibitor bookings, and payments for ISNT NDE 2025 (the “Event”), hosted at https://isntnde.in and organised by the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT), with YellowHive Events & Media Pvt. Ltd. (“YellowHive”) acting as the official Merchant of Record.

By using this website or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Payments & Refund Policy.

Services

The site provides information and payment facilities for delegate, exhibitor, and sponsor participation in the Event.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay on behalf of YellowHive Events & Media Pvt. Ltd. Invoices and receipts are issued by YellowHive.

Pricing & Taxes

Fees are displayed in INR (and other currencies if enabled). Prices include GST where applicable. International delegates may incur conversion charges from their card issuer.

Payments & Refund Policy

  • 100% Refund before December 1st, 2025
  • 75% Refund before December 10th, 2025
  • No refund on or after December 11th, 2025
  • GST will not be refunded
  • 10% discount for bulk registration (>10 nos.)
  • You can transfer your registration to another participant from the same organization by emailing info@isntnde.in before December 1st, 2025.

Refund Process

Send an email to payments@yellowhive.in with Subject “Refund Request – NDE 2025 <Reg ID>”.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (domestic) or 14–21 days (international).

Event Changes / Cancellation

If the Event is postponed or converted to hybrid/virtual, existing registrations remain valid.

If cancelled entirely, refunds or credit notes will be issued net of irreversible expenses.

Invoice & Tax Details

Invoices are issued by Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing. Please ensure correct GST details during registration.

Intellectual Property

Event content, logos, and materials are owned by ISNT and/or YellowHive. Use or reproduction requires prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Event website and services are provided “as is.” Neither ISNT nor YellowHive shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss or delay arising from technical failure or force-majeure conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
